Charter of the Commonwealth
On the 14th December 2012 Ministers of the countries which constitute the Commonwealth agreed a Charter of the Commonwealth.
The Scottish Democratic Alliance applaud this initiative and suggest that the Scottish Government support in principle this historic Charter.

Today, Scotland is some 70% controlled by the European Union with the remaining control shared between the Westminster and the Scottish Governments. The Westminster government currently controls money in Scotland.
