The Centre for Scottish Constitutional Studies
have recently circulated a 'Prospectus for an Independent Scotland'. The Prospectus is based on the basic proposals developed by the Scottish Democratic Alliance (SDA) over many years. In that regard it is a document which is worth studying in the expectation that Scotland's independence becomes a reality in the near future.
